What is an ACUTE APENDICITIS?

It is always a common sight in the ER to see a number of clients who are rushing in into the room and complain of abdominal pain. Moreover, that abdominal pain doesn’t immediately equate to just one medical condition where the clinician could treat the client right away. An acute abdomen can be indicative of a wide array of gastrointestinal conditions but with the help of modern diagnostic tools clinicians are able to pinpoint the problem more conveniently and most commonly among others the pain can be a result of an acute appendicitis.
Acute appendicitis is a condition wherein the appendix, a small- finger like appendage which is attached to the cecum, becomes inflamed and filled with pus. For so long this organ had been thought to be useless but scientists have revealed that this organ has a function after all. It acts as a storehouse for bacteria that aids in healthy digestion and reboots bacterial growth when good bacteria in the intestine in certain cases becomes depleted often with use of a number of antibiotics or contraction of certain diseases. The appendix may just be one negligible minute organ in the body but when it is inflamed it becomes one big of a deal and is indeed a medical emergency. Experts believed that appendicitis takes place because of two main reasons and that is, when an occurring gastrointestinal infection makes its way to the appendix and when a piece of stool or some foreign body becomes trapped into the appendix which induces an inflammatory response. When the appendix becomes inflamed the client will then present a number of signs and symptoms and these are progressing periumbilical pain that later becomes localized on the right lower quadrant of the abdomen, nausea and vomiting, anorexia, constipation or diarrhea and a low grade fever (37.2-38 °C) which may or may not be present.
I have been suffering from (HERPES) disease for the last four years and had constant pain, especially in my knees. I am deeply concerned about the still increase in population of people living with HSV, HIV, CANCERS, HEPATITIS, STROKES in our society today because of ignorance, to be Frank all this big names are grammars. I saw comments of people DR UTU helped get rid of their diseases, with the increase in population of people living with various diseases and myself as a beneficiary to DR UTU traditional cure I thought I too should reach the world via comment. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the

reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
